About Nathan
Nathan is an American English native speaker who previously worked as a California lawyer, handling a broad range of issues.
He began his career in Silicon Valley, focusing on corporate Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganizations. He then transitioned to serve as in-house legal counsel for a San Francisco startup that raised over $50M in equity financing. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies, supporting supply management and procurement departments. Additionally, he has assisted entrepreneurs and startups with formation and operational issues.
He developed proficiency in drafting complex contracts and streamlining the contract review and negotiation process.
