LegalEnglish4Lawyers was founded by a native English speaker and California attorney who understands the real language of law and business. Nathan began his legal career in Silicon Valley, guiding companies through complex Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganizations, and later became in-house counsel for a San Francisco startup that raised over $50 million in equity funding. Nathan has also worked with Fortune 500 companies on supply chain and procurement matters and helped startups and entrepreneurs with formation and operational issues.

After years in legal practice, Nathan took a break to travel the world and explore personal passions. He has studied yoga, music, French, Thai, and Sanskrit, and brings this same curiosity and dedication to language learning into his work with clients. He now helps lawyers, law students and other professionals master legal and business English—so they can communicate clearly, confidently, and with global credibility. Nathan is passionate about helping others grow and achieve their goals.
